The Director of IT Enterprise Architecture and Design is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide architecture and processes. This role involves guiding technology directions and providing appropriate strategies, standards, and practices to govern the IT landscape in collaboration with various IT groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provide guidance for implementing new strategies and designs while collaborating with Senior IT/IS Engineers in the areas of WAN, LAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Carriers, Internet, and Cloud.
  • Ensure the security and continuity of the Bank's network, systems, member information, and electronic documents.
  • Direct, plan and schedule the development, production and administrative processes of the Bank's information technology operations.
  • Build system-capabilities that reflect the highest state of technical sophistication consistent with the Bank's needs and budget.
  • Prepare clear and concise administrative and compliance reports.
  • Work with the application vendors to keep systems current with patches
  • and upgrades, coordinate and test system changes, and maintain systems documentation.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future applications to meet organizational needs.



QUALIFICATIONS



  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience as a senior leader in IT Engineering, specifically with LAN/WAN, Data Center/Cloud, and Security design.
  • Project management skills and experience preferred
  • Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, MTA
  • Ability to work on-call or non-standard business hours as needed



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED



  • Architect experience in Network, Switches, Routers, Firewalls. CISCO, Microsoft Server 2012+, Microsoft Exchange 2016, Cisco/Network certifications.
  • A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is a fully qualified, career oriented, journey-level position.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
  • Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.



A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $129,171.00 to $200,000.00. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
