Ability to identify maintenance problems that need the attention of repair personnel. Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. Ability to effectively communicate. Preferred Qualifications: Six months commercial cleaning experience. Skilled in the following areas: decision making problem solving conflict resolution team working attention to detail dependable and punctual Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to learn through observation and hands-on experience. Ability to understand and follow directions without close supervision. Aptitude is required. Ability to perform cleaning responsibilities as assigned. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including heavy lifting (50 pounds) and/or pushing and pulling of heavy objects. Employees must adhere to safety precautions and may be required to use protective equipment.
