Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Director Enterprise Data and Analytics Platform is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the ADA's enterprise data strategy through the design, implementation, and oversight of its data and analytics platform. Reporting to the VP, Data Strategy and Governance, this role ensures the organization's data assets are accessible, reliable, and optimized for analytics, decision-making, and operational excellence. This leader will align data management practices with business priorities, enabling ADA to leverage data as a strategic asset while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Must Have:



  • Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree
  • 12 years of progressive leadership experience in data management, analytics; or 16 years in lieu of a degree
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale data and analytics platform initiatives from ground up to end-to-end in complex organizations
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, and cloud-based analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of data governance, quality management, and compliance frameworks
  • Facilitation, Negotiation, Collaboration, and Presentation skills
  • Must be influential, a self-starter, results-focused, prioritize
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, strategic thinking and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs
  • Advanced communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to see the big picture and align platform functionalities with ADA's overarching customer engagement strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
  • Dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of customers through tailored platform solutions and data-driven insights, influence strong user adoption

  • Deep knowledge in data architecture, data engineering methodologies, cloud computing, and REST APIs



  • Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines


  • Proficiency in the following platforms:

    • M365 (MS Office); Databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery; Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Skyvia, CData; ETL tools such as SAP Business Objects Data Services, Azure Data Factory, dbt, Informatica, DataS


  • Travel 3+ times per year for strategy and team meetings
  • Position may require before or after hours work; Position may require weekend work

  • Master's degree
  • Eagerness to innovate within a collaborative environment, bringing a proactive and adaptable approach to evolving business needs
  • Experience with building curated and governed data products and establishing data contracts between producers and consumers
