Overview

TheIT Help Desk Internshipwill work with the Technology Service Center toinvestigate and resolve software and hardware problems of computer users. Duties involve the resolution of user problems ranging from logon problems to peripheral equipment such as printers. Assistance may be over the telephone or on-site.

Description

The internship program provides an opportunity for students to use their skills and knowledge in a practical setting and learn about the career opportunities available in the Judiciary. We are focused on college students who have completed 30+ credits toward an associate or bachelor's degree with basic knowledge of in the technology field.The Vermont Judiciary internships are great opportunity for students to learn the basics about the state court system.

Compensation

Starting salary is $19.20 per hour. This position will be eligible for longevity increases in accordance with the State step pay plan and annual cost of living increases as enacted by the Vermont State Legislature.

Minimum Requirements

High School Graduation or GED and 2 years in a responsible position.
