Legal Intern

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Legal Intern in Hanover, PA or Chicago, IL. Join us this summer for an opportunity to work with our legal team on various tasks and projects. Gain valuable experience while networking with associates throughout the organization. Applicants must have a strong skill set with Microsoft Office, effective communication skills, be detailed oriented, and be trustworthy with confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contract management system administration.
• Assist with contract template creation.
• Scan and/or electronically file legal documents within legal department.
• Perform research assignments.
• Administrative duties within department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High level of competency in all Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
