Program Safety Guide Waltham, MA, USA Req #3872 Thursday, January 16, 2025 *Offering a $1,000 retention bonus!* Location: Waltham, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program Pay rate: $18.15/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-1:00pm and Saturday 6:00am-11:00am Benefits: 401k with company contribution Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with SUD/Behavioral Health clientele The Program Safety Guide is responsible for: Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for clients who come to the program daily to receive their medication. Greeting clients, customer service, monitor for client/staff safety, communicate with clients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides clients in and out of the program orderly.
