Texas Oncology is looking for a Remote Senior Client Success Manager to join our team! This position is fully remote with 50% travel from February through August, but not every week. Travel is only during new site implementations. What does the Remote Senior Client Success Manager do? (including but not limited to) The Senior Client Success Manager is instrumental in steering and managing organizational change initiatives. This role is focused on ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of new strategies, processes, and technologies across the organization. It requires a profound understanding of change management principles, superior leadership skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
