Here's what you'd do:

  • The Enterprise Workforce Planning & Intelligence (eWFPi) initiative under the client program aims to standardize and enhance workforce planning capabilities across the client.
  • eWFP/Vemo is not fully implemented across all business areas.
  • Only the Space business area has fully adopted all three eWFP components.
  • Previous OCM initiatives did not establish institutionalized awareness of the importance of workforce planning.
  • Business areas (BAs) have developed individual OCM plans that either failed or failed to drive adoption and enablement.
  • Lack of unified communications and messaging has spread myths across the enterprise.
  • The scope of this engagement includes providing full-time Organizational Change Management (OCM) leadership and support for the client's enterprise-wide workforce planning initiative as part of the client program.
  • The focus will be on strategy development, execution, and adoption activities to ensure the successful implementation of the Workforce Planning Center of Excellence (COE).
  • This effort encompasses adopting standard tools and processes across all business areas and supporting stakeholders throughout the transformation.
  • Developing and executing an enterprise-level OCM strategy that integrates with current and planned efforts across all business areas.
  • Conducting change impact and stakeholder analyses to tailor engagement and communications.
  • Managing role mapping, survey creation, deployment, and analysis to ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Designing and delivering tailored training programs informed by stakeholder feedback and survey results.
  • Crafting unified communications to address existing myths and misinformation, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Preparing executive-level presentations and communication materials to secure alignment and support.
  • Preparing & executing a themed go-live aligned with May the 4th.
  • Facilitating team meetings and ensuring alignment across business areas, including Space and other divisions.
  • Incorporating agile methodologies into OCM practices to adapt to evolving needs.
  • Providing hypercare support to the Enterprise Workforce Planning & Intelligence team to seamlessly transition from OCM lead/execution to long-term sustainment.
  • Developing creative solutions.
  • Articulate and communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Pay: $107.14/hr.

Hours: 4/10 Schedule.

Length: Temp (11 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with MS Office & MSTeams products.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Organizational Change Management principles and methods.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience in workforce planning process, data, & technology.
  • Experience in organizational change management using ADKAR methods and practices.
  • PROSCI certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Change Management activities (change impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, role mapping, survey construction and deployment, analysis of survey results, and incorporating feedback into methodology and alignment through training development/delivery).
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication crafting, course/material creation and instruction design (instructor-led or web-based training, quick reference guides, etc), meeting facilitation, and executive briefing.
  • Experience with Captivate, Enable Now, and other digital adoption platforms.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, collaboration, and negotiation skills at all organizational levels.
  • Passion to proactively approach complex problems and leverage excellent facilitation and presentation skills to communicate clearly and bring people and organizations where they need to go.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex information and create an organizational structure to simplify and align resources and material to create consistency across disparate projects.
  • Demonstrated success leading change management for complex technology projects.
  • Experience driving change management from an end-user perspective (i.e., persona development).
  • A continuous learner that integrates change management best practices into working methods.
  • Experience in change management principles, processes, methodologies, and the 'people side of change.'
  • Demonstrated success in deploying change management tools and methodologies to improve the success of change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing large programs with clear organization and communication protocols.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written and demonstrated success in producing companywide communications.
  • Ability to collaborate and partner with complex stakeholders with a positive outlook.
  • Ability to build a good business case and 'burning platform' and communicate with all key stakeholders to create urgency and engagement.
  • Effectively and consistently navigate ambiguous project environments; organize work efforts and deliverables with attention toward quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and coach diverse teams to enable work adaptation and drive lasting change.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to cultivate an OCM-driven project plan to guide implementation, including new working methods and change management across multi-discipline teams/programs.
  • Demonstrated executive-level presence, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface and influence (without authority) directly with all levels of management.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and changing settings.
  • Be adept at functioning in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Flexible in responding to changing circumstances and priorities in a positive, focused, and timely.
  • Good in relationship-building and fostering collaboration.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to take command of projects and quickly and efficiently drive them to completion.
