We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer II to support a large strategic account, focusing on account growth rather than maintenance. This role requires expertise in identifying opportunities and executing strategies that drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced product knowledge and sales acumen to develop innovative solutions, build strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The following areas will be support:

Sales and Account Management



  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in thermal product applications and solutions.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to meet and exceed strategic objectives.
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio by proactively building relationships with multiple levels of customer stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Conduct product training, presentations, and technical consultations to address customer needs.
  • Monitor and manage the CRM funnel to track progress, identify trends, and adjust strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Close orders through team selling and collaboration with internal resources.



Strategic Planning and Execution



  • Participate in account strategy development, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with technical sales support teams to deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and negotiation strategies.
  • Proactively resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal resources to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Promote new product introductions within the assigned account and educate stakeholders on their applications.



Collaboration and Leadership



  • Build strong internal relationships within the organization to enhance value delivery.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer, ensuring alignment between their needs and business objectives.
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors by driving process improvements and contributing to organizational success.



Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting an original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred
  • Expertise in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and customer segmentation processes.
