Your impact: The Manager of the Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) Team is responsible for leading a high-performing team that supports channel partners by building relationships with channel sales reps and acquiring new members to the platform. This leadership role drives revenue growth by ensuring team effectiveness, developing sales strategies, and fostering strong distributor relationships. The Manager will focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, optimizing operational processes, and developing the skills and performance of the Sr. SDR team. Sales Leadership & Goals Attainment:
