Responsibilities The Cath Lab Supervisor is primarily responsible for the assisting the manager/ director in day-to-day operations of the cath lab with regard to patient care management, resource management, knowledge and adherence to federal and state regulations. Actively participates in direct patient care 75% of the time. Collaborates with the Cath Lab manager/ director and other managers and directors in sharing of staff and resources, as well as assists in the cross training of the staff. Assists the manager/ director as needed for projects aimed at achieving the hospital mission and incorporating the values of the hospital in day-to-day activities. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse with current Oklahoma licensure, ACLS within 18 months of hire and current BLS certification required. CCRN preferred. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years continuous clinical experience in the Cath Lab, which includes two (1) years of recent management experience preferred. Previous experience in the Critical Care Unit preferred. With low, fixed nurse-to-patient ratios, our nursing team has time to get to know their patients and their families while providing the highest quality, safe, patient-focused care. Patient rooms are fully stocked with all necessary supplies and arranged in a circular, pod layout around each nursing station to streamline patient care and save our nursing team time.
