Transcript Hello. My name is Don Viterelli. I am one of the hospital based radiology managers. I oversee the cat scan M. R. I. And ultrasound departments here in radiology. Um One of the most unique parts of my day coming to cooper is that I never know what I'm going to walk into. Um Which makes it very exciting because I love problem solving. I love helping out my coworkers. I love working with other department heads to try to provide the best patient care and also to ensure that our patients have the best outcome possible. Um The other part that I love is that everyone that I work with is part of my family, my second family, my home away from home family and I enjoy working with every single one of them and I really appreciate the care that cooper gives to its employees and to their patients and I'm happy to be part of this team. % buffered

Short Description In collaboration with the Director and IR Manager, plans and implements management and operational strategies, goals, and objectives appropriate to Interventional Radiology operations. To create consistent engagement with IR technologist, nurses and radiologist, the supervisor shall foster and adhere to a collaborative team driven culture. Oversees, organizes staff schedules and evaluates assigned technologist in specific areas or shifts in IR. IR Supervisor Interviews, hires, disciplines, and makes authoritative recommendations with regard to discharging staff. Oversees and ensures adequate supply are available for interventional and therapeutic procedures. Experience Required 0-2 required, 3-5 preferred Education Requirements Bachelors preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience License/Certification Requirements ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist) Special Requirements Healthcare Experience Bi-Lingual preferred Apply
