Project Specialist (OHS Customer Service Support)

Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a rapidly growing management and social sciences consulting firm based in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Project Specialist in the government contracting space with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Head Start Customer Service Support with the planning, development, and implementation of a variety of initiatives and tasks that align with the agency's mission and goals. This position supports Senior Management on projects and priorities to ensure quality and efficiency.

* Performs complex and confidential functions to ensure that operations flow smoothly.
* Assist division director with planning, development, preparation of priorities and special projects.
* Works closely with the Director's team on executive-level projects and priorities.
* Provides direction and information to employees and supervisors on specific situations that may arise. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications:
* Associate degree or H.S. diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of Head Start and Early Head Start program and early childhood education.
