Primary responsibilities include:

• Preparing operating projections and financial analysis applicable to financing and disposition activities
• Underwriting and due diligence for financing and disposition activities - financial statement analysis; document abstracts; market research
• Managing due diligence information requests from brokers and lenders
• Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Working on a degree in business related field such as Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate
• Intermediate level using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in financial modeling
• Strong organizational, time management and effective communication skills

• The base pay for this role is $18 to $23 for undergraduate students and $23-$28 for graduate students, depending on level of skills and experience.
• The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position.
