Maintains food safety and sanitation standards in the preparation and kitchen areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares food for the restaurant, according to standardized recipes. Follow production sheets and prep list to ensure adequate stock of all food items. Complies with all safety and sanitation standards set by both Levy and the Health Department. Stores, labels, and dates all food items, according to policy. Loads, unloads, and transports food items and supplies from one area to another. Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area. Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure safety of food. Performs other duties as directed. Job Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to frequently move and/or lift up to 50 pounds Apply to Levy today!
