The Sr. Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner Strategist is responsible for leading high-touch, complex hiring processes in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment, supporting shared services across multiple child companies. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier candidates for leadership and specialized roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic workforce needs. The Senior TA Partner develops advanced recruitment strategies, builds strong partnerships with hiring managers, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. This role also serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, navigating complexity and delivering high levels of service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Strategic Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing - 65%

  • Partners with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand organizational goals, workforce planning, and hiring needs for highly specialized and leadership roles

  • Develops and implements sophisticated sourcing strategies tailored to unique and high-impact roles,

  • leveraging tools such as Boolean searches, networking, market intelligence, and executive search

  • techniques

  • Conducts proactive outreach and builds pipelines of high-caliber candidates for critical positions across multiple child companies

  • Screens candidates to ensure alignment with technical and organizational fit

  • Conducts comprehensive interviews to assess qualifications and suitability for complex and strategic roles

Candidate Experience and Stakeholder Collaboration - 20%

  • Delivers a best-in-class candidate experience by providing clear, timely communication and feedback

  • Advises hiring managers on market trends, role complexities, and competitive talent acquisition strategies

  • Facilitates interviews and selection processes for leadership and critical roles, ensuring equitable and unbiased decision-making

  • Provides consultative support and training to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) goals and talent acquisition best practices

Data Analysis and Reporting - 10%

  • Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment effectiveness, such as time-to-fill,

  • quality of hire, and diversity metrics

  • Provides actionable insights and recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies and address hiring challenges

External Partner and Shared Services Coordination - 5%

  • Manages relationships with external agencies, executive search firms, and other talent acquisition partners

  • for shared services and child companies

  • Ensures consistent service delivery across entities and alignment with organizational goals

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Leads or contributes to talent acquisition projects or initiatives, such as employer branding or process improvement.

  • Mentors and coaches junior TA team members to build organizational recruitment capability.

  • Serves as a backup for other recruitment roles as needed

  • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY

  • Communicates with external candidates

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on complex and high-impact roles

  • Experience recruiting in a VUCA environment or for shared service structures preferred

  • Certifications such as AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or SHRM-CP/SCP are highly desirable

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for complex and leadership-level roles across multiple business units

  • In-depth understanding of shared service models and workforce planning

  • Advanced sourcing skills with expertise in leveraging tools, technologies, and networks

  • Strong interviewing and assessment techniques for high-touch roles

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, ambiguous environment

  • Knowledge of federal and state laws related to recruitment and selection processes

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Workday, and recruitment platforms

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to travel to offices in other states as needed for recruitment events or meetings
