Ivanti Neurons Systems Administrator

As an Ivanti Neurons Systems Administrator, you will take a hands-on approach to configure, administer, and integrate the Ivanti Neurons platform. You'll work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, ensure best practices are followed, and help optimize processes through automation and platform improvements.

Configure and administrator Ivanti Neurons ITSM/ITAM platform, including incident management, asset management, service requests, change management, software/contract management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage Ivanti Neurons configurations across development and production environments.
• Automate processes and integrate Ivanti with other SaaS platforms using connectors, and scripting.
• Provide guidance on ITIL and ITAM best practices, ensuring processes are aligned with industry standards.
• Continuously improve platform effectiveness, focusing on process automation, technology efficiency, and system performance.
• Collaborate with IT and non-IT teams to assist in the development of reports that support operational decision-making and enterprise analytics.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Ivanti Neurons ITSM/ITAM configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and ITAM best practices.
• Experience integrating Ivanti Neurons with third-party platforms via .CSV imports, connectors, and scripting.
• Proficiency in configuring workflows, automating processes, and managing tasks across multiple environments (stage, dev, prod).
• Experience with best practices in patch management and software deployment using Ivanti Neurons.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT teams and stakeholders.
• 8+ years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ivanti Neurons or ITSM certification.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• ITIL certification.
