At Miller-Keystone Blood Center, our mission is to save lives by partnering with our community to provide a continuous supply of blood products and services to regional hospitals in eastern PA and parts of NJ. We are currently seeking a passionate, result-driven individual to be responsible for the development and performance of all mobile recruitment activities. The Mobile Recruitment Manager hires, trains, and directs a sales team and provides leadership toward the achievement of annual blood collection goals, operational efficiency, and growth in line with the company vision and values. This position is responsible for the supervision of Mobile Recruitment staff, managing daily operations of the Mobile Recruitment department, and ensuring department employees are in compliance with all Blood Center regulatory mandates.
