Eisner Advisory Group is seeking a Senior Manager to join our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services practice.We are looking for someone who can effectively lead Transaction Advisory Services engagements, including being the key point of contact with clients, bankers, legal counsel, and external parties associated with the engagement. This position will directly report to Partners/Managing Directors/Directors in our TAS practice and will be a significant role to driving our continued growth and success.

What you will be responsible for:
  • Lead multiple client engagements and effectively communicate with clients and internal referral sources.

  • Analyze target company financial and operating results to identify non-recurring, unusual or out-of-period transactions that affect reported earnings.

  • Ability to identify transaction risks and key deal issues.

  • Develop agendas and lead meetings with target and client management and maintain periodic communications with the client regarding project status and potential deal issues as they arise.

  • Well versed in managing individual and local practice key performance metrics such as utilization, WIP, receivable, and related practice measurements.

  • Mentoring and developing team members to develop, advance, and be positioned as future leaders at EAG.

  • Participate in marketing and business development programs, including attending industry conferences.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of transaction advisory and/or audit experience from a public accounting and/or other professional services firms

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Masters/advanced degree, CPA, and other professional certifications is preferred

  • Beginning to develop network of clients and contacts to leverage new business origination.

  • Significant experience supervising teams in connection with buy-side and sell-side due diligence, including evaluating Quality of Earnings and other deal related financial and operational metrics (e.g., net working capital, indebtedness).

  • Well versed in using databooks and related tools typically used in Transactions, as well as having strong working knowledge of Excel and emerging data analytics tools.

  • Experience in project management and client-facing activities, including leading client presentations, business development meetings, developing work plans, planning and execution of work, supervising staff, and coordinating with other internal and external service providers.

  • Ability to travel as needed to service client demands, including internationally.

About our TAS Team:

EAG's TAS Practice assists financial and strategic investors and lenders in connection with evaluating complex acquisition and divestiture transactions. Our professionals have decades of experience advising clients in every aspect of the transaction, from pre-LOI stage through closing. We are looking for leaders in selected geographic and functional markets to add to the continued growth and expansion of our TAS practice.

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
