Summary: The Service Desk Technician I at Pacific Seafood has a key role on our IT team supporting efforts to answer, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming requests for assistance from team members. This position involves helping team members experiencing problems with PCs, network printers, phone systems, and other computer-related technologies and is ideal for someone who is a self-starter and can work independently.
