Position Description:
Monitor the
day-to-day cash activity of the corporation and certain periodic reporting
requirements.

Location: Position is performed from the NYC office, with a hybrid schedule.

Essential Duties
& Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational activities for supply chain finance program (APP).
  • Manage AR Factoring program (SOR) with external and internal parties.
  • Retrieve and reconcile previous day & current day bank account activity.
  • Determine the company's daily net cash position (USD and CAD).
  • Daily purchase / redemption of funds from money market accounts.
  • Initiate all wire transfers (domestic and international).
  • Update and maintain wire transfer templates.
  • Reporting of all cash transactions to financial center.
  • Assist financial center with any cash reconciliation problems.
  • Tracking and report global bank fees including reconciliation to the general ledger and yearly forecasting.
  • Prepare 18-month rolling cash forecast for parent company.
  • Responsible for internal daily liquidity monitoring.
  • Support HQ finance group with audit requests related to Treasury activities.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
  • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities required of the position as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, plus a minimum of 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education or experience
  • Must have experience with cash management, cash forecasting, and/or cash transactions
  • High degree of organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Must have proficiency in financial systems applications with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Must be a self-starter, adaptable and flexible to operate with minimal direction and little or no supervision while working in a complex and changing environment
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion with the ability to identify problems and make recommendations for resolution
  • Demonstrated leadership, strong dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

salary range for New York City candidates for this position is estimated
to be $105,000 - 130,000 annualized.
