Card Services - ATM Associate

This position is part of the Card Services department within our Bank Operations group. This position will report to the ATM Manager and directly influence the performance of the ATM fleet by detecting and preventing outages, coordinating maintenance visits with third party suppliers, completing inspections, monitoring cash replenishment, and completing financial and operational reporting activities.

Primary hours for this role are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but occasional support outside of those hours will be required. Monthly travel to ATMs throughout the state of Oklahoma for inspections and monitoring is required.".

Position Requirements



  • 1-3 years banking experience or college degree preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of and interest in PC hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively on the phone and through email to internal customers and third party suppliers
  • Strong work ethic, critical thinking, analytical ability, and problem solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to escalate issues and concerns appropriately
  • Ability to manage and perform multiple tasks independently and timely
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability quickly learn to navigate and operate job-specific software and web-based applications
  • High degree of reliability
  • Other duties as assigned by management


In addition, the position is expected to read, reference, interpret, and develop written departmental procedures, cross train on department tasks, make suggestions to correct or enhance existing processes, and take advantage of available opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of applicable regulations, operational compliance, and the banking industry to support career development and growth.
