About the Merchandise Team You will be part of the Merchandising Engineering - Supply Chain group, supporting our mission of creating a world of possibilities for the business by building robust systems which can scale to meet current and future business needs. We are critical in providing the master data to our ecommerce and retail businesses for various brands. This team is looking for a highly dedicated individual who can take ownership and accountability of the domain to deliver configurations/code following Williams Sonoma's high standards for software delivery. Overview of the Lead Software Engineer, STIBO Product Information Management Role You will be leading WSI's STIBO Product Information Management Application which focuses on the Item, Location and Vendor Portal modules. You will be required to do configurations and custom development on the STIBO STEP modules. This role requires in-depth technical and strong interpersonal skills to partner closely with key stakeholders across the line of business and technology teams to deliver business functional requirements with a customer first focus. You will also leverage previous software development experience to engineer scalable and extensible solutions. Responsibilities

The expected starting pay range for this position is $140,000-$160,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
