The RV Marketing Manager is responsible for advertising, promoting, and building brand awareness. This role develops and implements marketing strategies, conducts product analytics, creates messaging, and executes campaigns to drive sales. The position also gathers customer feedback to support continuous improvement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with VP/GM, Product Sales Managers, and REV CMO to define and align product brand strategies.
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans targeting existing customers, new buyers, and dealers.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and interior design teams to launch new models and product innovations.
- Create marketing materials and plans for new products in collaboration with product teams.
- Support Product Sales Managers in implementing marketing initiatives and sales promotions.
- Manage industry shows, including display strategy and participation.
- Develop and track budgets, campaign expenditures, ROI, and profit-loss projections.
- Partner with leadership to create strategic initiatives driving financial goals.
- Oversee production of literature, marketing materials, and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
- Provide creative direction for brand websites, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
- Develop training materials with Sales Training Manager and Product Sales Managers.
- Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Produce content for online presence, editorial designs, and publications.
- Design and execute consumer and trade marketing programs, tracking performance and providing analysis.
- Manage dealer marketing programs to promote and sell products.
- Coordinate with PR and social media teams to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop fresh marketing concepts, including ads, brochures, and professional product photography.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and consumer focus across channels.
- Conduct market research, assess trends, and monitor competitors.
- Build partnerships with external stakeholders, media, and clients.

- Knowledge of online marketing techniques and tools.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field (master's preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing experience (3+ years in management), preferably in RV or related industries.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google AdWords)
