PURPOSE OF POSITION
Assist in the revision and maintenance of HSCWSP courseware and provide subject matter support for HSCWSP. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's degree. Training and Experience: The MH-60S Weapons School Pilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) shall possess extensive knowledge of the MH-60S weapons system to include operational performance capabilities and a complete understanding of security classification and mission sensitivity issues. SMEs shall have a minimum of two years' experience in the operation of the applicable weapons system within the last seven years or have a minimum of two years' experience working on revision and maintenance of the applicable weapons system training program within the last five years. General Skills: Possess sound knowledge of the MH-60S mission and systems with an understanding of applicable pilot and aircrew tasks, duties, aircraft systems, operations, tactics, and Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills. Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Dreamweaver desired. Security Clearance: Must qualify for a security clearance of "Secret" or above. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review all courseware, training materials etc. for commonalities, efficiencies, deficiencies, and submit change recommendations. Typical SME responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
