Description
*BONUS* This position is eligible for a bonus of up to $2,500 for full-time employees and $1,250 for part-time employees. The bonus will be paid out in two parts: (1) following the successful completion of the six-month probationary period ($1,000 for full-time employees; $500 for part-time employees) and (2) following one year of employment ($1,500 for full-time employees; $750 for part-time employees). Full-time employees must maintain full-time status throughout the entirety of their first year to receive the full-time bonus, and part-time employees must average 16 hours per week to be eligible for the bonus.
