Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) is seeking to fill a 2nd shift Custodian position on our Custodial Services team!

Shift available:

Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Summary of duties for MSOE Custodians:

  • Clean public areas, including classrooms, labs, receiving areas, trash rooms, offices, restroom/showers, hallways, and lobbies.
  • Wipe countertops and tables; clean windows; move furniture; and clean furniture and decorative objects in common areas.
  • Clean restrooms/showers and scrub toilets, sinks, and floors.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables.
  • Vacuum carpets; sweep and mop tile floors; and clean any spills that occur, including biohazardous materials and substances.
  • Operate cleaning equipment including but not limited to vacuums, brooms, mops and moping buckets, automatic scrubbers, carpet extractors and buffers.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds and up to one hundred (100) pounds with assistance.
