Findorff is seeking dedicated and hardworking Experienced Concrete Carpenters to join our team. This role involves physically demanding work, requiring individuals capable of performing heavy and very heavy work tasks. Very heavy work involves lifting objects weighing more than 100 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing 50 pounds or more. Candidates must have the strength, stamina, and skill to handle various construction activities safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concrete Formwork - Peri, Jahn, Symons, and Aluma systems
• Strip Decks
• Slab edge
• Round columns

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working with formwork systems
• A high level of physical fitness and stamina
• Can work under strict deadlines
• Understanding of building plans and instructions
• Great hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable working from heights
• Team player
• Positive communication skills
• Able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Flexibility in hours and locations by job
