THE JOB:

Are you ready to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at Bellagio? As a Slot Machine Technician, you'll be at the heart of our operation, installing, relocating, and repairing slot machines and related equipment like ticket redemption machines and token dispensers. Your expertise will directly impact the guest experience, helping us create unforgettable moments that our guests will remember long after they leave. THE STARTING PAY RATE: $38.03 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Slot Machine Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and repair slot machines to maintain peak performance and ensure seamless operation.

• Installations and Modifications: Handle installations, conversions, and modifications of slot machines and related equipment as needed.

• Technical Knowledge Advancement: Stay current with the latest repair techniques and technological advancements in slot machine equipment.

• Jackpot Verification Support: Conduct jackpot verifications as required to ensure smooth payout processes.

• Manufacturer Familiarity: Possess a strong understanding of all major slot machine manufacturers and their systems to efficiently repair and maintain equipment.

• Labor-Intensive Tasks: Assist with labor tasks related to moving and repositioning slot machines as part of routine maintenance and operational needs.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Age: 21+ years old

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in slot machine repair or a related field.

• Availability: Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Slot Technician Experience: Proven experience as a slot technician, with a strong track record in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining slot machines across various manufacturers to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.

• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate outstanding communication and problem-solving skills by providing exceptional service to guests and colleagues, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and squat throughout the shift, and comfortably lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
