POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Manager of Retail is accountable for operational leadership of dedicated retail outlets at Steamboat as well as retail component in shared Retail & Rental stores to optimize guest experience and deliver profitable results. This includes implementation of marketing and merchandising strategies, management of store layout and teams to drive financial performance. Duties include oversight of training of store managers for retail core functions, supporting service and sales training, maintains effective team communication, and promote the development and continued growth of the retail business units. This position will report to the Director of Retail & Rental. ESSENTIAL DUTIES General Responsibilities

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term incentives and many region-specific benefits. Steamboat Springs area base salary range: $67,815 to $80,000 per year PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
