Position Description
Our contracts team negotiates the legal terms in our SaaS, Software License, and Services Agreements with our customers and finalizes the associated Order Forms and Statements of Work. Many but not all negotiations start with Deque's standard form of agreement. The team works closely with Sales, Information Security, Services, Product Management, Operations, and Accounting to ensure our customer agreements are clear, consistent with our business practices, and risk-limiting. For complex or unusual contracts, the team is supported by outside counsel. Driven by the growth of our core business and global expansion, the number and complexity of transactions have increased to the point where this new role is essential for our continued success. This USA-based role will negotiate revenue agreements with large customers who require the use of their forms of agreement.
