JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Pennsylvania Technical Assistance Program (PennTAP) under the Office of Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (OEC), within the Office of the Senior Vice President for Research, seeks an experienced and creative Program Manager for Pennsylvania's newly established Reducing Industrial Sector Emissions (RISE PA) Implementation Grant Program housed at PennTAP. The PennTAP RISE PA program is funded through the RISE PA grant that was awarded to the Department of Environmental Protection through the EPA's Climate Pollution Reduction Grants (CPRG) competition. The program will work closely with the network of PennTAP technical advisors who will be providing small PA manufacturers with energy assessments. The Program Manager will lead and manage this reimbursement grant program that incentivizes small PA manufacturers (SMEs) to upgrade their facilities and systems by providing implementation grants to offset the capital expenses of upgrades.They will coordinate all activities of the RISE PA program and support the program's fiscal management. Location: This position may operate from any of the Penn State campuses, although the preference would be University Park, New Kensington or the Harrisburg campus. This is a term position with funding available for 5 years. Renewal of appointment will be annual and based on performance.
