Safety Health Environmental and Security Manager (SHES) - West Region Overview Reporting to the SHES Director, this position will support Austin Powder Company (APC) SHES objectives to provide a safe and secure working environment, while extending the highest level of support to APC locations for the West region. This position is responsible for overseeing and managing SHES programs across the West region, including conducting compliance reviews, implementing safety programs, training employees, and ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, while collaborating with LLC management, location managers and APC employees within that region. This includes preserving and protecting all APC employees and assets through effective leadership and communication of Austin Powder SHES goals, program, and initiatives. This role will help Austin Powder comply with requirements from ATF, DHS, OSHA, EPA, MSHA. and applicable Canadian regulations. To this end, this person will work with company leadership to ensure guidelines, policies, and practices are being followed at our locations. They will educate employees on the "how and why" of those practices, thereby creating an overall safer, secure, and prepared company. Key Responsibilities and Duties
