Position Highlights:
Position Summary: I'M SPEAKING (The Improving Safety, Patient Experience, and Equity through Shared Decision-making Huddles in Labor) Research Assistant -OB/GYN. This position will support a Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) funded award. The goal of the study is to implement a shared decision-making model on labor and delivery units in 22 birthing hospitals in Illinois, aimed at improving birth equity, shared decision-making, and decrease the cesarean delivery rate for Black birthing people.
