How you will contribute:

Under the guidance of a Superintendent, the Fire Systems Technician is responsible for the inspection, service, and commissioning of fire alarm and special hazards fire suppression systems while ensuring the work is performed in accordance with safety, design, budget, and schedule parameters. You will demonstrate your top-notch customer service skills by interacting with customers on a daily basis and leave them with the satisfaction of knowing they can count on Ahern for their future needs.

What you need to qualify:



  • One to three years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining cutting-edge industry knowledge.
  • Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail.
