We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive leader to join our team and ensure smooth daily operations in our service department. Job Summary: The lead service administrator will coordinate tasks and support the administrative staff to maintain a productive work environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing a range of tasks with professionalism and dedication. Key Responsibilities: Direct and support service administrative functions, including assigning tasks, and working with Service Manager to evaluate performance, provide insight and implement effective strategies Help Service Manager to coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments, assisting team members as necessary Resolve process issues and support team members with problem-solving approaches as needed Maintain accurate records and databases, managing documentation and filing systems Support onboarding and training of new office staff Ensure compliance with state, local and company policies and procedures Assist in fostering a positive, productive office environment Requirements: Proven experience in service-based administration and team building Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with employer contribution Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities
