Moss' Proposal Manager will lead a team of marketers and guide the development of strategic pursuits that wow our clients and win us projects. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, guide, and train a marketing team focused on strategic pursuits, ensuring their growth and development

• Develop and oversee strategic pursuit plans in collaboration with business development and operational leaders and manage pursuit deliverables from inception to completion while ensuring compliance and responsiveness

• Work closely with the Pursuits Function Lead on pursuit strategy-improving processes and innovative solutions for enhanced quality and efficiency

• Critically edit and proof content, ensuring compelling proposal responses and presentations, and manage print production of deliverables

• Collaborate with the data analyst and pursuit team members to ensure maintenance of the marketing database and marketing materials, including project lists and personnel resumes

• Establish and adhere to processes ensuring quality proposals and adherence to brand standards

• May include managing consultants, developing project award strategies, and collecting case studies

• Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years in the A/E/C industry with a bachelor's degree

• Supervisory experience and a history of successful pursuit/proposal development are essential

• Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. A detail-oriented individual with persuasive writing and editing capabilities who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with positivity
