Laborer Supervisor

Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Laborer Supervisor to work in our Utilities and Infrastructure department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our MFC facility with every Friday off. You will report to the senior manager.

Provide direction and immediate supervision to a group of employees who provide laborer support to MFC facilities

Responsibilities Include:

  Provide daily direction and immediate supervision of represented staff.

  Maintain schedules and workflow of the team.

  Direct team based on established procedures.

  Assign tasks and monitor work at frequent intervals.

  Monitor projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget.

  Provide input and contribute to managing resources and costs.

  Optimize the use of materials, tools, and manpower to achieve cost efficiency while following strict procedural adherence.

  First level of management with human resource responsibilities.

  May have own individual contributor responsibilities but people management is an essential element of the job.

  Work with team members and/or functional peer groups.

  Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect staff, equipment, and the environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline and 9 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma and 15 years of relevant experience.

  
  
• 
  

  Relevant experience and prior supervisory experience.

  
  
• 
  

  This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

  
  

Job Information:

• 
  

  The target pay range for this position is $81,772- $124,892 annually. The full pay range is $78,828 - $181,296. At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.
