OVERVIEW The National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program (NDBEDP), also known as iCanConnect, provides equipment needed to make telecommunications, advanced communications, and the Internet accessible to low-income individuals who are deafblind. iCanConnect is a national program with local contacts that helps people stay connected to friends, family and the world. The LH is the local agency partner for the state of California and as such, manages the contract for the entire state, thus serving consumers across the state of California. QUALIFICATIONS:
