Minimum:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years customer service experience.
• Self-directed, flexible and innovative.
• Strong communication skills.
• Listens fully to others when they are speaking, asking questions when necessary.
• Can understand and comprehend written documents.
• Must be able to work during Inclement Weather.
• Must be able to work rotating Weekends and Holidays.
