We are searching for a talented Nurse Practitioner to support GYN in Wareham, MA.

Hours: 40

Shift: Day - no weekend, holiday or on-call.

Responsibilities

  • Under the general supervision and direction of the Physician, Practice Manager, or designee, provide care to assigned OB/GYN patients utilizing basic knowledge of the pathophysiology of general obstetric and gynecologic issues which include but not limited routine low risk prenatal care, preventative women's health, abnormal uterine bleeding, management of abnormal cervical cytology, vaginitis, pelvic pain, contraception counseling, intrauterine device insertion, endometrial biopsy, nexplanon insertion, cervix exam on pregnant patients.


Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner: Masters of Science Degree in Nursing is required. Certification from a National accrediting body to practice as a Nurse Practitioner is required. Current Massachusetts R.N. registration is required. Nurse Practitioner Certificate.
  • Over 3 months experience.
  • Current Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner License is required.
