Key Responsibilities
Manage Unified Collaboration and Communications projects across key Office 365 services, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Purview, as well as non-Microsoft services such as Out Systems, Box, and Zoom. Develop detailed project plans with specific timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure the timely delivery of projects within the defined scope and budget constraints. Possess a deep understanding of JLL business lines and business user personas. Engage with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Assist with creating processes and procedures for platform governance which include license management, managing software deployment lifecycle as well as third-party and custom application integration with Office 365. Lead, manage and implement feature roll-out via approved change management process, user training, and post-rollout support. Must have hands-on technical experience across all Office 365 services. Assist the Compliance Lead in managing security and compliance initiatives related to Office 365 services via Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender and Entra ID. Ensure that all projects adhere to organizational security policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Platform owner and technical stakeholders to strategize the roadmap and align with Microsoft's product and services vision. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams. Ensure alignment with enterprise and solutions architecture teams to adhere to industry best practices and platform standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Office 365 and project management methodologies. Keep up to date with advancements in AI strategy across projects. Identify and manage project risks, including developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and report on project risks and issues and escalate as necessary. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to succeed. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Provide regular reports on project progress, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies including Office 365. At least 5 years of experience in project management or team leadership. Strong knowledge and skills in O365 and collaboration technologies, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams, Microsoft Purview, Box, Webex, etc. Strong knowledge and skills in O365 security, compliance, and governance including understanding of retention policies, DLP, and legal hold. Strong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Preference will be given to candidates who have PMP certification. |
