Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects, driving measurable outcomes for clients. * Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. * Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing tactical issues and anticipating future needs. * Stay abreast of trends related to workplace and change transformation. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for our client. * Support and execute Change Management initiatives, including refining and updating the Change Management Toolkit and templates. * Conduct and analyze post-occupancy evaluations and surveys for newly renovated spaces, providing actionable insights and recommendations. * Proactively observe and document findings on newly renovated spaces to inform future initiatives. * Review and revise Workplace Guidelines and Program to ensure alignment with current strategies and best practices. Qualifications: * Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level audiences * Strong project management skills and experience leading multi-disciplinary teams * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a relevant preferred * 7-10 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles related to workplace and change transformation Key Competencies: * Industry passion: Demonstrates genuine enthusiasm for workplace and change transformation * Executive presence: Ability to command respect and build credibility with senior stakeholders * Strategic thinking: Capacity to understand complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions * Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adjust to changing client needs while being solution focused * Leadership: Ability to drive projects to successful completion * Business acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and their application Location: San Antonio, Texas. 4 days a week on-site preferred.
