As a member of JLL/T Solutions team, the Senior Applications Developer will work collaboratively with cross-functional team members in the development and management of real estate and facility management solutions that we implement for key clients. Responsibilities include assisting with continuous improvement and enhancement efforts, operational support activities, troubleshooting, special projects, ongoing business development, and hands-on technical and development tasks. The successful candidate will need to have a strong technical background, foundational knowledge of real estate solutions and business processes, maintenance and asset systems and processes, a willingness to learn, possess a drive to exceed expectations, and be a great verbal and written communicator. As a Senior Applications Developer you will be responsible for Senior level applications development and programming Solutions Development and Testing: Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of off-the-shelf and custom software applications in JLL staging as well as customer test and production environments. Identifying gaps and improvements in the proposed design and partner with Solution Consultants and Project Managers to reevaluate the design and project plan. Analyze customers' challenges and take a primary role in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive solutions that integrate smoothly into customer environments. Sound like you? Before you apply it's worth knowing what we are looking for Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior technical position in a professional services industry Experience and understanding of multiple real estate business process areas (e.g., space management, site acquisition/build out/refurbishments, lease administration, occupancy planning or maintenance management, etc.) Experience with various web APIs. Implementation and deployment experience with enterprise software. Strong technical aptitude including experience with cloud-based services and products and fundamental data analysis skills Experience leading large meetings with many senior stakeholders Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to interact with all levels in the organization Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to course correct Working experience with multiple programming languages such as Fusion, ASP,ASP.NET, JAVA, AXVW, JavaScript, XML, HTMLx, PL/T-SQL, etc. Deep knowledge of the IWMSproduct. Knowledge of ARCHIBUS a plus. | |
