JLL is seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join the account team for a prestigious global financial client. This pivotal role provides critical support to account executives and regional leaders, driving effective communication strategies across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing and editing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messages. Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver impactful communications for internal and external stakeholders. Craft compelling executive presentations that articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Produce comprehensive client reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information. Manage internal communications to foster alignment and engagement across teams. Collaborate closely with account executives and regional leaders to understand and meet communication needs. Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice. Specific Responsibilities: Account Wide Client-Facing Reporting: Manage the creation and delivery of executive business review, quarterly business reviews, and other client facing reporting. Develop templates and establish deadlines for content delivery. Coordinate content collection from various teams. Perform final quality check prior to submission to Account Executives and/or client. Account Wide Internal Reporting: Manage the creation and delivery of townhalls and other internal reporting. Oversee and execute the production of internal communications. Develop templates and establish deadlines for content delivery. Coordinate content collection from various teams. Perform final quality checks before submission to Account Executives. Account Executive Support: Provide communications expertise for Account Leadership teams. Develop content for events and address miscellaneous communications needs. Support account operational needs as directed. Regional Leadership Support: Manage the creation and delivery of regional quarterly business review and townhalls. Develop templates and establish deadlines for content delivery. Coordinate content collection from various teams. Perform final quality check prior to submission to regional leadership and/or client. Manage region-specific communications, including new hire announcements. Service Line Leadership Assistance: Offer ad-hoc support to the account's service line leadership. Aid in developing client deliverables and organizing team events as needed. Required Technical Skills: Proficiency in presentation software, primarily Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva). Strong understanding of basic design principles and typography. Ability to create and edits charts, graphs, and infographics. Skill in formatting and layout techniques for visual impact. Knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Google Slides, Prezi, Adobe Creative Suite). Understanding of multimedia integration (videos, animations). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field is preferred. 5-10 years in communications or comparable business experience. Excellence written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in creating and implementing communications strategies. Experience with content creation and editing for various platforms. Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media management. Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure communication effectiveness. Experience with brand management and maintaining consistent messaging. Knowledge of industry-specific communications trends and best practices. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Adaptability and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. |
