The Radiologic Technologist prepares patients for radiologic procedures, takes x-rays following established procedures to assist in the diagnosis and/or treatment of patients.

This position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign On Bonus

This is a part-time (0.9 FTE) Radiologic Technologist role primarily based at our Eden Prairie Orthopedic Urgent Care Campus. Current Schedule will include a mix of 8 and 12 hour shifts and will provide coverage every other weekend (subject to change). This position may also require flexibility to float to other Summit locations as needed. Eligible for a shift differential for evening and weekend hours. Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and must have current ARRT Registration. Sample schedule below:

  • Fluent in digital radiology technology.
  • Possess advanced computer skills, including working knowledge of multiple computer applications and equipment, such as PACS, Outlook, and EMR.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
  • Medical office and exam room settings.
  • Frequent contact with variety of people.

Qualifications
Education
Associates of Radiologic Technology (required)
Experience
1 year in a health care setting preferred.
Courses in anatomy, physiology and medical terminology, preferred. (preferred)
1 years: One to three years of experience as X-ray technologist, preferably in physician practice environment.
Associate's degree in radiological technology from accredited radiography program.
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration required. (preferred)
