GENERAL FUNCTION The Sr. Director HRBP leads and executes key initiatives that support the strategy of our EssilorLuxottica Oakley HQ including Mfg. Plant Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D, Design, Product, Marketing and onsite shared services, with 1,500+ employees located in Foothill Ranch, California. This position is also responsible for Oakley Mfg. Operations in Tijuana, Mexico. This role implements HR strategy to meet business objectives across all facilities/functions. Ensures clear setting of HR expectations, responsibilities, and mutual accountability for key business results. This is an on-site role in Foothill Ranch, California. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pay Range: 185,628.15-251,629.97 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
