Job Posting: Materials and Stores Supervisor I - Laundry California State Prison, Los Angeles County JC-458428 - Materials and Stores Supervisor I - Laundry MATERIALS AND STORES SUPERVISOR I (CORRECTIONAL FACILITY) $4,091.00 - $5,357.00 per Month Final Filing Date: 12/12/2024 Job Description and Duties Under the general supervision of the Warehouse Manager II, and/or the Materials and Stores Supervisor II, the Materials and Stores Supervisor I (M&SSI) should have knowledge of the laundry truck operation. The M&SSI must be familiar with the operations of each clothing room and laundry to be able to provide coverage when needed. Should have knowledge of the clothing warehouse and inventory methods. Working Conditions The California State Prison - Los Angeles County (LAC) is located in Lancaster, CA (Antelope Valley) - home to our State's Poppy Flower. LAC is approximately forty-five (45) minutes North of Valencia, Ca, which is home to Six Flags Magic Mountain and is approximately seventy-five (75) miles North from Downtown Los Angeles/ Hollywood.
