You Are:

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for legal operations and technology. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at managing multiple priorities with a strategic mindset. Your experience in developing and implementing legal department technology solutions is extensive, and you excel in driving operational efficiency and process improvements. You are a quick learner, a strong communicator, and a team player who can influence stakeholders across various regions. Your ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines is exceptional, and you possess a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to solving problems and anticipating issues.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Identify and manage implementations of leading legal-focused technology solutions that drive operational efficiency.
  • Synthesize various requirements and priorities into a unified actionable roadmap and drive execution across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Drive data visualization solutions to track and report on key department and organizational metrics.
  • Define and establish best practices in program management and program portfolio management to support department planning.
  • Oversee cross-functional legal projects and develop end-to-end project plans.
  • Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
  • Become a trusted partner working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business teams.

  • Drive the adoption of technology solutions that enhance efficiency for the Legal & Corporate Affairs team.
  • Implement state-of-the-art products and drive operational excellence across the department.
  • Support and execute a companywide digital transformative initiative.
  • Develop and implement processes and best practices to meet business needs globally.
  • Improve data visualization and reporting on key metrics.
  • Enhance collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.
What You will Need:
  • B.A. in Business, IT, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in legal operations, technology implementation, and people management.
  • Strong experience in developing and using legal department technology solutions (e.g., e-Billing, matter management, eDiscovery, IP lifecycle management, e-signature, document management).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering ambitious product, organizational, or process changes.
  • Experience in M&A initiatives is a plus.

You will be joining a growing Legal Operations and Technology Strategy team that is dedicated to driving digital transformation and operational excellence within the Legal & Corporate Affairs Department. The team focuses on implementing cutting-edge technology solutions and developing best practices to support the department's strategic initiatives and improve overall efficiency.
