What You'll Do

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

Initiative Development:



  • Support management in the development and launch of the LinkedIn Outreach Initiative.
  • Assist in creating and refining processes, strategies, and best practices for LinkedIn-driven prospecting.
  • Help monitor program performance and provide feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.



Day-to-Day Operations:

Profile Management & Content Strategy:



  • Regularly update and maintain LinkedIn profiles for the sales team, ensuring professionalism and alignment with industry standards and company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to gather input on industry trends, client needs, and profile updates to tailor content and strategies effectively.
  • Assist in researching industry trends to identify relevant topics for posts, helping position the sales team as thought leaders.
  • Curate and share engaging industry content, including articles, reports, and insights, to maintain an active and relevant LinkedIn presence.
  • Plan and schedule LinkedIn posts in alignment with sales team activities, ensuring consistent visibility.
  • Create and manage templates for LinkedIn messages and post formats to streamline content creation and ensure consistency.
  • Monitor competitor LinkedIn activities to identify best practices and areas for differentiation.



Connection Building & Lead Engagement:



  • Identify and add targeted connections daily, focusing on industry decision-makers and influencers.
  • Engage with leads by interacting with their content (likes, comments, shares) to build relationships and visibility.
  • Send personalized messages offering industry insights and resources to spark meaningful conversations.



Metrics & Reporting:



  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as connection growth, engagement, and meetings set.
  • Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.


You Should Have

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:



  • 2-3 years of professional experience in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn as a business development tool.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage professionally with prospects.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Analytical skills to measure performance and suggest improvements.
  • Comfortable working closely with sales teams and management, providing insights and contributing to strategy development.
  • Experience with MS Office products.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus.

Salary Range
$55,000 $65,000 USD
